Hot jazz rhythms and sparkling champagne are the appropriate companions for this luxurious dress made of French silk velvet but it also cuts a wonderful figure at a festive dinner or afternoon tea dance!
The pattern is authentically 1920s, the bodice softly flows around the feminine curves and cuton-on leeves loosely cover the shoulders. The skirt is set at the low waist seam and slightly flared. This makes it flow with every movement and makes the material shimmer wonderfully. A matching flower brooch can be placed at hip level, typical for the time, or classically at the décolleté! An additional clip on the back also allows styling in the hair.
The slightly deepened round neckline draws the eye to the neck and collarbone, the simple front forms the perfect frame for long necklaces and sparkling brooches.
To prevent underwear straps from peeking out we have added strap holders made of black satin ribbon on the inside.
