Authentic fashion in the style of the 1920s to the 1940s
The Authentic Vintage Fair was founded by Birthe Weijkamp and Hebe Verhelst, who have been organising the event in Breda, the Netherlands, since 2023. At this market, you’ll find clothing and accessories from before the 1970s. It features a mix of professional sellers and private collectors or enthusiasts who specialise in authentic vintage items. Since then, it has become a popular meeting place for vintage lovers from all over Europe!
We are now taking part in Cologne for the first time with our Vecona Vintage collection. Since 2009, we have been synonymous with high-quality women’s and men’s fashion inspired by the original patterns, fabrics and aesthetics of the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.
We don’t just offer classic everyday styles, such as Marlene trousers, tweed caps and men’s shirts, but also highly specialised collector’s items and sportswear for vintage enthusiasts, such as 1920s swimsuits made from authentic cotton ribbed jersey, warm 1930s skiwear made from pure wool with all the period-appropriate details, as well as knickerbockers, cycling skirts and breeches.
